Bookings covering two seasons will be priced at the first day of bookings (e.g. bookings covering 7 days, the last three days of march, and the first 4 days of april, will be priced at the low season).
Bookings covering Christmas are subject to a £100 extra fee
Bookings over one week can be accommodated with 10% off every week after the first.
Our hire charges include insurance for one driver, clean license in Mainland UK (subject to status, surcharges apply: £20 a week for every extra driver, points on license and European cover are an additional £75 a week).
Deposit – £250 minimum payment as a booking deposit which is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Rest of payment to be made 28 days prior to the start of the rental
Bond – £750 Refundable security deposit is required prior to commencement of the hire period.
Payment of the deposit and full fund must come from the card of the main driver (this is for fraud and insurance reasons).
In the event of cancellation by the hirer any deposit/balance paid is non-refundable. Bookings may be deferred at the discretion of HLF Leisure.
